I regret A LOTT not checking the google review of this property management before I submitted an application about 10 days ago. Just like some of the reviews mentioned below, they give false hopes and just wanted to keep you hanging on thinking you might get the place when they are not interested in renting it to you. If they don't think I'm a good fit, they should just let me know right away. Instead, I called several times and every time there's a different answer on my application status (Don't even think about emailing them, they only respond to my email asking for my ID and proof of income, but after they got those, they never replied to my email anymore). One said I had to tour the apartment in-person first before they can proceed my application (I already had my partner viewed the apartment, it' just a self-guided tour too), another told me my application is complete, just needing a decision and will call me back (and they never called back). The following days, I called them asking for an update they just said it's still processing and told me I can call back to check on it. And so, I did. Every time I call, they just seems to be in a rush and wanted to end the call as soon as possible. Today, I called back and they told me the owner decide to rent to another qualified applicant.

I am just very frustrated as I am already in a rush to secure a place and everyday that they left me hanging, I kept on thinking I might get the place (since they said my applications is complete and I don't have any bad record and my credit score and rental history is good as well) and I am losing my chance to secure another place. The apartment's location is very ideal for me so I was really hoping to get that place. I am only looking for a short-term 4 moths stay so I think that was the biggest reason they left me hanging. They might just wanted to find someone who would stay longer. But if that was the case, they should have just let me know. It's like I paid the application fee to buy all this frustration. I really think I can relate to one of the people's review here saying they are in the business of processing fees and not application. Some people might have good things to say about them, but I really just had a bad experience dealing with them.

This is the management company of my rental that I have been living for over 4 years. I have never had a problem with the management company everyone has been extremely helpful except for today. Today I called with an issue because someone was parked in my parking spot. The person I spoke to was extremely rude to and had no customer service skills at all. I asked to speak to the person I originally spoke to regarding the parking issue and she refused to have her call me or relay a message. Before she hung up on me; she proceed to be rude and condescending to me. If I could give a negative 5 star I would.

People have a lot of negative things to say about this company but I am going to be honest I have been a tenant for 4 months. They worked with me out the gate, have honestly addressed all of the issues big and small I have had without issue. They don’t have to fit your image of perfect professionalism but they get the job done. I had hot water issues twice and the second time I got a brand new water heater the next day. They had the maintenance guy come and give me a new light fixture when all I asked for was a bulb change. I know I haven’t been here long but I wanted to offset the negativity one here because these people have been awesome to me! Thanks!

How does your company work? We have the worst experience with your office! Take days to reply to emails, we pay for your application fees and get the run around!!! You had informed me our application was good to go and you were going to forward it to the "Property Management" but I was told you are the Property Manager!!! Lol

Stop scamming people!!! Worst experience ever and let's not forget how rude you are!!

All County West is the most unprofessional company I have ever done business with. I applied to one of their apartments around July 25-28. I called several time spoke with office manager (Carla Martinez) who told me "we manage a lot of apartments, receive a lot of applications for other apartments and that we only have 1 underwriter.. so its hard for them to process applications" . What! I could not believe I was told this. I called back serval times NOTHING! Today I called back 20+ days later and was told the found a more qualified applicant. Please don't deal with this company. They are the worst. The longest wait time is 5 days with any other company. Waste of time and $39. This company is in the business of processing fees not applications.

Please make sure to check your place thoroughly before renting from this property management (including cabinets & toilets). I made that mistake by accepting the place without checking inside the kitchen cabinets. The first day I moved in there was thousands of dead roaches inside the kitchen cabinets, diarrhea in both toilets with poop smeared, and the oven they provided smell strong of raid fumes. They did nothing about it, and the manager acted as if I were crazy and made everything up, even though I sent pictures. He said I had already signed the contract so there's nothing they can do. I had to spend my time cleaning the place because they said they had already sent someone. Please think twice about renting from them, they do not care about the tenants.

WARNING!!! IF YOU HAVE A LESS THAN PERFECT CREDIT SCORE AS MANY NOW DAYS MIGHT HAVE DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO APPLY. They will advise you and even encourage you to apply anyway even with a bad credit score by giving you false hope just to charge you the credit check fee and at the end they will simply let you know the owner decided to go with a more qualified candidate. Come on give me a break! And to top it off I make over 5k a month and still that didn't matter because of my 550 score wich I told them I had and they still wasted my time. Save yourself the headache and just go with a private landlord. I'm tired of these lying deceiving agencies wasting my time and money. PS: my wife also applied along me and she has excellent credit and also has a job and they simply went with someone else that looked better on paper as a credit score.incase you were wondering this was for the house on 326 McBride street in East Los angels ca

Updating more about All County West since they took over managing the property where I have lived at for 4 years (luckily for me, the bulk of that time the building was managed by someone else).

I am now dealing with a new issue regarding holes (yes holes) in my bathtub that have been there previous to my vacancy and now pose a risk of leakage and mold. I have unsuccessfully been able to get anyone including the property manager, office manager, maint. manager, or anyone to respond to for over a month of logged phone calls, emails, tenant portal and etc. Not sure what else to do besides report them (especially since last time, I had to wait about 4 days for anyone to respond to the electricity issue).

They also have redirected their testimonials on their own website, so you can not leave any feedback on their website.

If you're a landlord looking for a slumlord type of management company definitely contact them.
