I've been living in a Partner CM-managed property for nearly 6 years and am so grateful to have Carmen as our point of contact. Through building emergencies to routine updates, she's been on top of it and always responsive and thorough, explaining what needs to get done to keep the building in the best shape to protect the homeowners investment. She's been amazing at helping me deal with a few emergency leaks in my unit, putting me in touch with the right contractors/plumbers and making sure everything went smoothly. Thank you, Carmen!!

If I could give zero star I would. They are total bullies. I was treated unfairly due to an unreasonable noise complaint from an extremely over sensitive person. I have all the evidence (recordings) showing I was playing the piano at my own place 4pm in the afternoon at a perfectly normal hour under 70 decibels. They ignore the fact that I have done NOTHING wrong and did my best to respect the community. This is the worst management company ever.

Managing a condo is a challenging task. I have never met anyone more capable of taking on this task...efficiently, gracefully, professionally and competently than our on site Partners Community manager, Cindy Scheckel. Goes above and beyond for all residents and truly cares about our property.

This management is so grossly incompetent that got the only elevator in the property shutdown by the inspector. Even worse, the manager didn't even know what happened when the elevator was shut down. Instead of a swift resolution, the problem was dragged for a week and still no definitive date on when the elevator get fixed. A competent management team would communicate with the owners on daily basis on the status update and should work day and night until the problem get fixed.
