I really wish I can give this place 0 stars. I lived in one of their properties in Alhambra, Jade Gardens. It was supervised by Jesus Diaz and managed by his wife Claudia. I've had the worse experience as a renter there. They were very unprofessional and I feel like because of the conflict of interest, there was really no one else to speak with about issues there. From mold and leaks to withholding a portion of my deposit, eventhough the place was left cleaner than I recieved it. They never replaced the moldy dishwasher in my unit, so for the whole year there, I had no dishwasher. They're not good at answering calls or replying to emails as well. I'm not sure how they even qualify to manage anything. Also, the maintenance of the units there are horrible. It's filthy and they just dump paint everywhere to cover up damages. I can't imagine all the people they do this to. It's terrible. Please hire more qualified people!!!

"Linda" oriental lady is rude and unacceptably unprofessional.
There's a sign right front and center of building we are interested renting from however "Linda" claims "Ideal Management" does not manage it and she has no info.

If I could give it zero stars I would! The people at Ideal Property are incompetent and slow to respond. I own a condo on Garvey and moved in almost a year ago. As soon as I moved in I asked to get the name changed on the front door intercom. I have my 75-year-old uncle in the condo and he needs to sleep during the day. Because his condo used to be the manager's condo he now gets every package delivery alert to the building. People constantly knock on his door and he is woken up because tenants need help. Now, this has been going on for almost a year! I have sent emails and made many calls to Sean to change this and no response. Still to this day (5/7/22) no change has been made. All that is needed is a simple sticker with my uncle's name to fix it! Recently we got assigned a parking spot and needed a remote for the gate or the code for a new remote. I reached out to Sean and it took a week and a half for him to tell me he could not find the code for the remote. We are paying monthly HOA fees for prompt competent service and we are not getting that. Whenever I call ideal property for a problem Sean is either out or will not return my calls. I am very dissatisfied with the service Ideal property provides and some changes are urgently needed. I can email, call and be persistent but imagine an elderly person having to deal with this?! This is unacceptable!

Horrible management company. Extremely unorganized. If there's an issue in your unit, they take days just to get back to you, and nothing ever gets done. They expect you to be home waiting for someone to do any repairs as if though you don't have a job. And they'll even forget to schedule the repair after having you wait, or the repairman shows hours later. They are somewhat unprofessional, we were late on rent due to being out of town, and rent must be paid with check, and they sent the notice to the wrong tenant. The envelope had our neighbors name, but the notice inside was for us with our private information. The person assigned to our unit does not get back to us right away and has addressed me by my wrong name. Glad I'm leaving soon.

If I can give them zero star, I would. If you are looking for an HOA, look else where because you will for sure get into a lot of troubles with a lot of unanswered questions.

We are having a roofing project, and was informed that our internet cable needs to be removed from the roof literally “1 business days” before the project begins. When I scrambled to schedule with my internet carrier to relocate the cabel, I was told by HOA that they will provide no assistant and we should simply “cut it off”.

Worse of all, they were never transparent about the financial spending, rarely answer any questions, never reply emails, and never reliable for hosting annual meeting (we didn’t have an annual meeting this year and still don’t know why). They have changed 3-4 contact person in the past 2 years

If you’re looking for a reliable and responsible company to entrust your property, please look else where.

don’t ask them to have someone fix your house. they can get commission from vendors that means the price is much higher than if you find someone yourself. and if you live far away and cannot check your house right after they finished their work, they will not do everything they promised to fix. They try to do as less work as possible to get as much money as possible from you. no professional ethics at all.

The properties managed by Ideal are beautiful with very friendly and highly professional owners. When I moved from one rental place to another, they were pleasant, supportive, and quickly resolved any deposit issues. I highly recommend this place for both homeowners seeking a professional manager and to renters wanting a well managed place to live.

You never know what you are going to run into when you have to deal with a management company. Thankfully I have had a great experience with Clarity. They're very professional and rented my condo very quickly. I was glad they were recommended to me and pay it forward every chance that I get.
