Once upon a time, my partner and I pulled a Sisyphus, aka an uphill battle. We thought we'd by a house without a buyer's agent but needed preapprovals to kick off the house hunting process. Cue Arin's arrival on stage. He helped us tremendously on holistic house buying process and house hunting by explaining basically everything, even though they deviated from his primarily mortgage/financing related duties.

I'll keep the rest of this story brief. We did end up getting a buyers agent and made an aggressive offer of a 21 day close on a house, which Arin handled faster than our Escrow could process the documents 🙂 Fast forward to the future and Arin got us through the finish line. We really couldn't have done it without him. We took comfort in him being so on top of things and responding to messages incredibly quickly.

Overall, Arin excels in customer service. I'm telling you, if you want a well oiled closing machine, just pick up the phone and call Arin.
