Endeavour Realty is an awesome company to work with and I am truly enjoying my rental townhome. It was immaculate when I moved in and anything I have needed they have been right on top of related to service calls, but I have not really had any major issues at all. Also, the yard work is done weekly which is a huge plus and the yard already had a sprinkler system built in, it is truly worry-free living. Thanks to Brittany, Candice and the entire team!!

I never seen a company so unprofessional in my life when I first contacted them about a property I got a call back conveniently if not within a few minutes and once my credit was ran and they seen that I had no credit they asked me if I can get a cosigner and all of this was through text I never got a phone call back and talk to like I am a human being I even asked for a call back specifically to speak directly because I'm working I don't have time to text when we can just speak over the phone or in person and get it over with but we were treated like absolutely nothings so it seems like you better have a 700 or maybe even a 7,000 if that existed as a credit score for them to even have communication with you no one should be treated that way I found out that Brittany was the one who I have been texting back and forth with the whole time.

I see that you responded to my review I wish you would have taken the same time to communicate with me like you're taking the time to make it sound great and of course you would try to make it sound good as if it was an application problem which I hope that you're not insinuating false information on my application because it's not the case like I said you all have poor communication if a credit score is not 700 or above seems like to me I know you want to make it look good you clearly do and I would not do another application with you all if my credit score was an 800 especially with the high application fees do better and instead of taking the time to reply back to my review you should be taking the time to find a better way to communicate with your customers and making things better and easier for customers so don't get upset about it just get things set up better I should have listened to people who told me not to even deal anyway.
