We recently bought our first single family home with the help of Gillian and Patrick during a historically unusual housing market. Gillian and Patrick are true pros and were fantastic at all stages of preparation, marketing, and negotiating. The house was in need of quite a bit of repair, so they provided expert advice and discussed options regarding what would bring best value on the time scale that I needed to have the house listed. Critically, they ensured that all inspections were done to the highest level, which was vital for ensuring that all disclosures were accurate and complete. During escrow, California was hit with historical rainfall, which led to some water intrusion into the house. Fortunately, the inspections commissioned by Gillian and Patrick had already identified this potential problem, the importance of which cannot be overstated. Not only that, but Gillian was onsite to organize and manage immediate remediation and clean-up, as well as monitor the situation. They really went above and beyond! They professionally worked with a difficult buyer to make sure the deal closed on terms that were good for everyone.
