88 at Alhambra Place is a very well managed apartment complex. Facilities are well maintained and managed. Love their heated swimming pool and BBQ area. Each level of resident parking has access to each respective floor of the complex, which is very convenient. Location is surrounded with shops, restaurants, supermarkets. The shops at the plaza where the complex is located already provides most of the essential needs.

The team of staff is professional, courteous and helpful. I would like to give a special compliment to Cindy at the sales office who assisted us throughout the rental process. On Day 1 when we walked into the sales office to tour around, we were nicely greeted by her. She provided professional guidance and assistance along the way. We were very satisfied with her service which made the whole process smooth and efficient.

So glad that we found 88 at Alhambra Place and make it our home!

Cindy, the Leasing Manager, was outstanding! She was thorough in providing us with all the information we needed to come to the decision in making this our new home. Additionally, she was patient with our questions. We really feel comfortable here, much to the credit of Cindy and other staff who helped guide us.

Upstairs new neighbor has been waking me up several times at night since they moved in. I have been reaching out to the office and it has not been resolved.

Update 26Oct2024:
I have been telling management that it’s upstairs neighbor that making loud noises at night. However management refused to believe me many times!! They kept saying the noise travels so it’s not upstairs.
The steps they took so far was just sending out generic email to everyone. All they been telling me is they will continue to investigate who exactly while i’ve been telling them upstairs.

It has been 2 weeks and this issue has impacted my health and work, i had decided to do my own investigation. So when it happened again last night at 1:20 am, i went out and took picture to prove to management that the only neighbor still stayed up that late is upstairs!!. I also called apartment patrol all night long but no one picked up the phone, i also walked around the apartment for 30mins and couldn’t find a patrol. Keep in mind this is at 1:20 to 2am. I’m very disappointed being treated this way by management team here. They ignore my concerns as no action so far directly to the upstairs neighbors!!

After pushing the management to give me options, they finally gave me the options.

What I expected was them to come up with options for me when issue is not resolved on their end, but it’s the opposite, i had to chase them down and asked for these options asap:
1. To move me to another floor
2. move out without lease penalty

As much as would like to move to another floor, i’m afraid i would encounter other unexpected issue that the management will not be able to help me. Therefore i decided to leave.

I pay 3600$ for my 1b1b apartment here. And I can’t even get a clean chair. Looks like no one even clean them up. Are they just for display? And the pool is cold af. If you wanna save money on the amenities. Lower down your price. I rather get a penthouse in downtown La. They are more accordingly priced

We love living at 88 Apartments. We’ve been here since August 2023. They just threw a fall party and it was fabulous with lots of pumpkins for kids/adults to decorate, caramel for the apples, popcorn, and a hired company with a delicious taco spread. I had my face painted as well 😂 and got to know some of my neighbors. This resort-like place is just lovely and so are the people that work there!
