The intimidating process of purchasing a home (closed on 10/31/2024) was made incredibly easy and smooth by Ryan and the others. They were 100% on top of their game and made sure everything was approved and processed quickly. I am so very impressed, especially after difficult experiences with other lenders! I recommend them to everyone, but especially to first time home buyers. They will hold your hand and walk you through what can be a very scary process, and especially won't pressure you into anything you don't want! 10/10 experience all around. Thank you!!!

First I would say that Andrea and her team were absolutely fantastic. I had at least three different competent lenders tugging at me daily, but none of them compared with 719’s honesty, upfront approach, and had my best interest in the forefront. Andrea approached the business aspect of securing me the best rate as though it was her own personal loan. I knew she was the right lender when she gave me advice that would have benefited her business more than me, but she consistently always provided the best advice that I felt was more beneficial to me..
