Dude shows up to every showing not knowing anything at all about the property. Literally he knows nothing. Always has an excuse for ignorance. 2nd property I've seen and he knows nothing. Avoid this company so your time isn't wasted. Sucks they are the only rental place, which is probably why they suck so bad. Have to have an approved credit score. He doesn't know what, AI controls that. He knows that the application fee is $50 per adult. That's literally all he knows. Any place being offered by this company I'd avoid with all cost.

Edit: Person commenting on these reviews is not the owner. Lol. Called him and he was lost and how I even got his number. Good lord. It's from the top down.

I would give a 0 star if I could due to they are very rude and disrespectful to their tenants. Not only that they don't do their job when it comes to their properties, its sad due to the owner himself is an amazing guy but due to the property managers Chance and Jessica tenants have moved out. I would not recommend anybody to rent from this company unless they can hire better property managers.
