We recently sold our condo in the Woodlands by owner to Scott’s client. Several months ago Scott sent out a letter to us letting us know that he had several interested buyers for condos in the Woodlands. I contacted him when my daughter was getting ready to graduate from UGA and it was time for us to sell. We have bought and sold a lot of real estate throughout GA and FL and this was hands down the easiest and least stressful transaction we have had. Scott did a great job and was great to work with.
