If you are new to property ownership or have a property that has some difficult issues I would recommend 401K Realty. I was a first time owner and bought a property where I inherited problem tenants. Julius has extensive knowledge and experience in managing difficult properties. He and his staff helped me get everything cleaned up, got all repairs done by skilled handyman, successfully and professionally managed out the bad tenant and found new wonderful tenants for me. I went from being a stressed out new owner to a stress free property owner. I highly recommend this company if you are in the Los Angeles area.

401k took over managing my property in Inglewood from another property management company over a year ago and I have no complaints. Julius and his team always keeps me in the loop concerning my property. I have peace of mind knowing 401k realty is managing my property in the same manner as if I was managing it myself.

The worst company it could be. Once they took over the property we were leaving they push to move out and don’t even explain why.!
If u call them they never return your calls and ignored you.! Since 5 month they took over the apartment building 3 neighbors have move out because there rent increases every month and letters coming to your apt of notice eviction For no reason and don’t even want to have someone come and clean there building.!!

Hope No one will ever rent with this people.! They are the worst.!!

I had a simple property management task but lacked the resources to complete it. I called five other property management companies. Some did not answer their phone. For those who answered, I was only able to speak to a secretary with no ability to do anything. Finally, 401K came through, completed my task promptly and efficiently, and saved me a pile of headache and grief. Thank YOU 401K!!! I will be back with more work.

Very poor experience! Quick to collect money from you , slow or wont return your calls , did basically nothing to protect my family's investment property. Never will do business nor recommend them to anyone.
