3L Properties did a great remodel for my condo. Kyle and his team completely renovated the kitchen, including new cabinets and countertops, and also make major upgrades to a wet bar and fireplace. Each person we worked with was extremely professional, punctual and competent. We got a reasonable estimate of cost and timeline up-front and they executed right to plan. Kyle was a good communicator throughout the project, checking in regularly and offering great ideas to improve the design/functionality while also managing costs. The overall project came out great and was less expensive than anticipate. I would recommend 3L to anyone looking for remodeling, ADU or real estate services.
