I wanted to share a positive experience with 21st Mortgage Corporation. I worked with a great representative in the servicing department, whom I believe is named Nathan Price. He really helped me with my mother's account, because she was not able to deal with understanding the current issues with it. So, he was helpful in showing me how to get it current and how to switch to a different online bill paying system. So, I would really highly recommend calling the Representatives at 21MC to discuss any problem/s that you have encountered with your account, then give them the time to research it and help you resolve the issue.

Also, I will give kudos and appreciation to April and to Garrett in the same department, I believe. But, all of them helped me get this issue resolved and to get the account back into good standing. Because my mother is more than willing to pay the loan in the exact terms that she was given, but she was just not able to talk with them (by herself) and to be able to understand what to do to get back into good standing.

So, I stepped in, helped her out, and all of these individuals really helped me resolve this problem in a most positive manner. So, I thank everyone at 21MC for their help.

Find any other mortgage company! We have been with 21st for almost 3 years. In almost 3 years we have received nothing but harassment, belittlement and even being screamed at over the phone to the point of microphone distortion on their end. They will tell you they won’t help you because you’ve apparently never made a mortgage payment on time despite you knowing damn good and well you’ve made multiple payments on time. They will flat out lie to you and say that they never received mortgage payments despite confirmation from the payment sender that they absolutely did and took the money or you emailing them close to 15 times with the proof yourself. If you happen to be unlucky enough to be late on a mortgage payment if you answer their phone calls you will start off talking to one person who you think is rather personable….it is a trap! Within five minutes of the conversation they will then inform you that they will be getting their supervisor on the conversation with you. At that point they sit back and then let whoever their supervisor is at the time start belittling you to new heights. They will ask you the most invasive questions including where you got your money from to pay the mortgage. If you do not feel it is their business where or why you have the money to pay your mortgage and nicely say that to them they will proceed to scream at you and further the belittlement. If we would have been aware of their lack of professionalism we would have went with a different mortgage company. It is to the point we are thinking of refinancing and even starting a civil suit against the company due to the amount of harassment and belittlement we have faced. They try to get you to pay 10% of whatever the total home cost is there is mortgage companies that will have you paying as little as 3%. There are better more professional mortgage companies out there I strongly urge you to do your research thoroughly before choosing this company.

21st Mortgage is a great company to do business with. They made it possible to get an easy loan using our property as equity and even put in the water and sewer we needed. We are very pleased with everything and make early payments as well as extra payments so we can get a good credit score from this loan. Thank you 21st Mortgage. Your credit department was very helpful, and everything has been very simple to do business with. I wish I could leave more than 5 STARS! We have had our manufactured home 2 years now and still looks brand new!

Chase with 21st Mortgage is awesome. He communicates clearly, gave in detail what I needed to know to get my payments made, & offered more options such as wire payment.
