I have worked with several mortgage companies over the years. This has been the best, smoothest, most amazing white glove treatment I have ever experienced. Chris and his team are phenomenal and took care of our Refi, every step of the way. It took a total of 8 days from finding them through google to closing the loan. Just 8 days. Amazing experience!!

The entire process with 1Rate was extremely easy, and very smooth. Over the years, I have purchased a couple of properties, and I have refinanced a few times. Michael and Chris with 1Rate were highly responsive, helpful, professional, and polite.
