I am still looking at apartment options in Sacramento but had to leave a review for Shyla at 1430 Q. She was lovely, welcoming, wonderfully prompt in her email replies to me as well as accommodating, she was knowledgeable and gave great "insider tips" about living in Midtown, and just overall made 1430 Q seem like a great place to be. The apartments themselves also were lovely, used space well, had high-end and modern finishes, and the rooftop terrace is amazing! Honestly, though, I hope the 1430 Q team knows what a gem they have in their local manager. It makes such a difference to the feel and function of an apartment community to have someone like her.

It's been a great three years here! Living at 1430 Q has been a great experience; walking distance to great bars and restaurants, garage parking and a beautiful rooftop. Shyla is a gem here. She's always professional but personable. I was here when the original developers owned the building and then went through several property managers after that and she is the best!

Perfect luxury living in midtown ! Building is always clean , quiet , & aesthetically designed . No better apartment living than right here with the amazing views from the apartments themselves and with the rooftop lounge . Maintenance & customer service is on it right away ! If you are looking for a luxurious community with the urban lifestyle you need to check this place out. They offer 1, 2 bedrooms and penthouses. I love, love living here.
1430 Q is an amazing state of the art building in the heart of Midtown Sacramento, pet friendly, with dog washing station. There rooftop terrace 180 degree view of downtown Sacramento is breath taking. They offer onsite two story secured parking garage. The units are beautiful with floor to ceiling windows, lots of natural light; the bedrooms are large with walking closets and full size washers and dryers in each unit.

Great place to live! Shyla (property manager) is very responsive and eager to help all residents and guests! I adore the community aspect that she has brought to the apartment building since she started and Sacramento is finally feeling like home. Would recommend for new people moving to Sac.
