One key rental is just like the Anderson company. They will not least they're nicer homes, to people of color they discriminate who they want to lease their homes too.

My apartment isn't internet capable. Are there no decent apartments in Albany!? I can't believe I'm going into 2025 with 9 months left on my lease in a place that can't have internet. They lied and said they had a contract with Mediacom to do fishing, but they don't so it's low speed high latency options are all that's available to me. Make sure it's in the lease that the place is internet/ cable ready BEFORE signing it!

This review is specifically for Mrs. Jessica. She is such a sweet heart. she very understanding and does what she can to help the tenants. Hire more people like her and I can guarantee that 1key will be better. She always have a smile on her face and she is very pleasant to talk to.

I absolutely would never recommend this company to anyone! Jackie Dixon is an impertinent thief and she knows it herself very well. It is very sad that she co-manages this company. No work orders were ever completed while renting from this company, rent credit for work completed in the rental was never completely reimbursed which consisted of redoing all the flooring in the 3 bedrooms and living room, entire house patching of holes, complete cleaning of the house before move in, painting throughout, & landscape cleanup. Also, at move out after I signed a paper agreeing to my FULL deposit back (since the house was in perfect "clean" condition), Jackie Dixon still stole over $400 of my deposit, then she could not explain to us why this happened, she instead told us to bring her to court and she then left her office in the middle of our meeting and got in her car and drove away, while we were still sitting in her office. Does that sound like a woman you would like to do business with? Her association with the company is a disgrace!

The Staff At One Key are amazing. Very Professional and we'll mannered. Mrs. Tammy, Mrs. Jackie and everyone else are very respectful. They act more like Family than a company who just rents homes. I would recommend One Key in Albany, Ga to anyone looking to rent or own a home.

Kyle and Ms. Jackie were very helpful and accommodating in my home finding process. I am very happy with the services I received and I would recommend them to anyone. I am from out of town and they went out of there way to show me homes on a Saturday which a lot of companies do not do. I cant say it enough thanks again for helping me and I am super excited for my move to Albany!
