Although at the last minute I couldn't finish the home buying process due to personal reasons, I wanted to share my experience working with Mark the past few weeks as he helped me prep for the process. He was patient answering all my questions and very thorough. He also sent frequent first time home buyer tips via email, which I really appreciated and learned a lot from! I recently purchased my first home and did the financing through Mark. He was very helpful and informative in his responses to all of my questions and concerns along the way, of which there were many. He was always happy to let me know my options and helped me to lock in the best possible interest rate for the time.

However, Mark was not my first choice. I initially was going to use the builders' preferred lender because they offered a $10,000 credit towards closing costs. I had already heard many stellar testimonials about Mark through my friends, so I requested a quote to compare with the one I had from the preferred lender. I found that they had a fee for origination points that totaled, surprise, $10,830. Mark had no such fee and even quoted a lower interest rate than they did. It was a no-brainer to go with Mark.

Objectively superior numbers aside, Mark is someone who made me feel confident I was getting the best I could at every opportunity. I will happily choose Mark every time for all of my mortgage loan needs.
